Terence Davis was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. Shortly after High School he received his Bachelor’s in Management from Clemson University and graduated with his Juris Doctorate from Charlotte School of Law. While in law school, he was a part of the entertainment & law section and studied entertainment law in Toulouse, France. Terence began his legal career clerking at the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, Maryland.
Terence has argued before the second highest court in the state of Maryland and has litigated countless matters for underserved individuals in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Outside of fighting in the court he decided to continue the fight by negotiating new clients contract as Talent agent or Liaison.
Terence is passionate about music. Him and his business partner Folasade Omogun co-founded Solace Sports & Entertainment, LLC, a full-service sports and entertainment company. Terence is the head of entertainment and assists high-profile clients with contract negotiation and artist and brand development.
Terence is also an entertainment lawyer for a global 501c3 non-profit music organization and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association entertainment and law section.
