Eduardo El Diablo Marquez, age 21, was born and raised in Long Beach, California. Eduardo El Diablo Marquez, who had a difficult upbringing, would constantly encounter some sort of issue. At the age of 12 to 16, he frequently had to go through a dangerous neighborhood that was home to gang members just to get to and from school. Every day when a mobster tried to approach him, he recalls, “he had to battle his way home.” He would frequently be asked to join a gang, but he never showed any interest. Since he was a young child, his father signed him up for amateur fights. He trained every day but would frequently take breaks from the sport. At the age of 17, he began sparring with Brian Ortega, Mikey Garcia, Jose Ramirez, and Rey Beltran, to name a few. Today, Eduardo El Diablo Marquez is an undefeated professional boxer with a 4-1 record and is regarded as one of the sport’s most promising prospects.
